How Does the Free First Cut Work?
Book the Season, and Your First Cut Is on Golden Oak
When you book The Worry-Free Lawn Season, your first cut is free. You don't pay for it. Golden Oak pays your crew for that visit, so it doesn't cost them either. After that, you pay your regular price for each visit in your plan. There's no lawn-size limit, because your price is based on the size of your lawn anyway.
Who gets it
Homeowners who book the season: regular mowing on a set day, weekly or every two weeks. A one-time cleanup on its own doesn't include the free cut.
How to claim it
- Send the quote form and pick weekly or every two weeks.
- Get your price by text within 60 minutes, 7am to 8pm.
- Say yes to the season. Your first visit is free.
Why we pay for it, not your crew
We want you to see the work before you spend a dollar on it. That's our risk to take, so Golden Oak covers it. Your crew still gets paid in full for the visit. It's the same crew who keeps coming back, so the first cut shows you exactly what you'll get all season.
What if I don't love the first cut?
Text us a photo within 24 hours. Under the Love-It Guarantee, your crew re-cuts it free within 48 hours. If you still want to stop, cancel anytime and we refund half of your unused visits.
