How Do Payment and Pausing Work?

A Free Quote, a Season Paid Up Front, and You Pause by Text

Getting a price is free. When you book, we keep a card on file. We only charge it once you've been paired with a qualified local lawn care crew. The season is paid up front. You can pause for a vacation with one text. Cancel anytime and we refund half of your unused visits.

Paying

• You pay for the season up front.
• Your exact price is in writing, in your price text, before you say yes.
• You never pay for a cut your crew missed. Under the On-Time Guarantee, that cut is free.

Pausing

Going away for two weeks? Text us "pause" with your dates. Your crew skips your visits and picks up again when you're back. If your plans change, just text again.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. We refund half of your unused visits to the card on file.
