Why we started

Golden Oak Lawn Care matches homeowners with vetted, insured local partner crews. The crew does the work. We stand behind it with the Golden Oak Guarantee. We say that plainly on every page, because you should know who's in your yard.
Local businesses, two names
Each partner is an independent local business. They keep their own name and carry ours next to it, like "Smith's Lawn Care, a Golden Oak Lawn Care Partner."
One standard in every city
Every partner shows proof of insurance, has their crew background-checked, sends the same crew each visit and texts a photo after every cut. Read what "vetted and insured" means.
No storefronts, no fake addresses
We don't have an office in each city, and we won't pretend to. Your crew is the local part. We handle the quote, the texts and the guarantee from one team.
Who pays when something goes wrong
- Free first cut: Golden Oak pays.
- Missed window: the crew pays for that free cut.
- Re-cut under the Love-It Guarantee: the crew pays.
- You: never pay for a miss.

Who's behind it
Built by Osprey Solutions
Golden Oak Lawn Care was started in 2026 by Osprey Solutions, a Canadian company that builds websites and runs online marketing for local service businesses. The legal operator is OspreySOL Consulting Inc., a British Columbia company.
Osprey helps local contractors get found online. From that side, we kept seeing the same thing: homeowners who couldn't find a crew that would just show up, and good crews who were too busy working to chase new customers. Golden Oak puts those two sides together.
What we promise about how we talk to you
- No made-up reviews, star ratings or "trusted by" badges. We're new, and we'll say so.
- Pictures on this site that aren't real are labelled "Illustration." We'll add real photos from partner crews, with their permission, as the network grows.
- Local rules we mention, like grass height or yard waste, link to the city or province that set them.
- We stick to what we do: lawn mowing, trimming, hedges and cleanups. No spraying, no patios, no snow.

Is Golden Oak a franchise?
Not in the usual sense. Partners are independent local businesses that join our network, meet our standard and carry both names. They pay for a service area (not exclusive) and a monthly share of homeowner leads.
Where is Golden Oak based?
Golden Oak is run by OspreySOL Consulting Inc., a British Columbia company. The crews who do the work are local to each of our 40 cities.
Why don't you show customer reviews?
Because we're new, and we won't make them up. Our proof is the guarantee, the vetting standard and a photo after every cut. Real reviews will come from real customers.
