Who Pays for What
A guarantee only works if someone pays when it's broken. Here's the split, and it's written into every partner agreement.
It's fair because you control both things. You set your route, and you control the quality of your cut.
- The free first cut: Golden Oak paysHomeowners who book the season get their first cut free. We pay you for that visit. It's our cost to win the customer, not yours.
- On-Time Guarantee: the partner paysIf your crew misses a homeowner's scheduled window, that cut is free to them. Rain delays don't count as a miss.
- Love-It Guarantee: the partner paysIf a homeowner texts a photo of a poor cut within 24 hours, your crew re-cuts it free within 48 hours.

Do I have to give up my own brand?

What does it cost to become a partner?
Partners pay for a service area and a monthly lead allotment. Service areas are not exclusive. The price depends on the area. We'll walk you through service area pricing on a call. Applying is free.
Why does the partner pay for the On-Time and Love-It guarantees?
Because the crew controls both. A missed window or a poor cut is the crew's miss, so the crew covers it. Golden Oak pays for the free first cut, since that's our cost to win the customer.
Do I have to offer all four services?
