The short version: we collect what we need to price your lawn and set up your crew. We share it with your crew and the tools that run our forms and texts. We don't sell it. Ever.

Who we are
Golden Oak Lawn Care is run by OspreySOL Consulting Inc., a British Columbia company that does business as Osprey Solutions. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean OspreySOL Consulting Inc. and Golden Oak Lawn Care.
Golden Oak is a lawn care network. We match homeowners with vetted, insured local partner crews. They do the work, and we stand behind it with the Golden Oak Guarantee. Each crew is its own business.
What we collect
When you ask for a price
The quote form asks for:
- Your name, mobile number and, if you choose, your email
- Your street address and city
- The services you want, how often, and the best time to text you
The form also sends the page you were on, the page you first landed on, the site that sent you, and ad tags in the link, like utm codes or a Google click ID. That tells us which pages and ads bring people in.
When you apply as a partner
The partner form asks for your business name, your name, phone, email, the city you serve, crew size, years in business, whether you carry insurance and the services you offer.
When we text with you
We keep the texts you send us and the texts we send you. That includes photos, like the photo your crew sends after a cut or a photo you send us under the Love-It Guarantee.
What your browser keeps
Right now this site doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores the ad tags and the first page you visited in your browser's session storage, so they can be sent with your form. Session storage clears when you close the tab. If we add analytics tools, we'll list them here first.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when a page loads.
How we use it
- To measure your lawn from satellite images and text you a price
- To match you with a local partner crew and set up your visits
- To send you texts about your quote and service, including photo proof
- To handle guarantee requests, pauses and cancellations
- To review partner applications and contact applicants
- To see which pages and ads work, so we can improve the site
Texts and consent
When you send a form, you agree that we and your matched local crew can text you about your quote and service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. Opting out of texts may mean we can't send your price or photo proof.
Who we share it with
- Your matched local crew. They get your name, phone number, address and the services you booked, so they can do the job.
- Service providers. Companies that host our website and forms, run our customer records and send our texts. They may only use your information to provide those services to us.
- When the law requires it. For example, a valid court order.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it or trade it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're a customer or an active lead, and for as long as we need it for records, taxes or the law after that. Then we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your choices
- Ask to see the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless the law says we must keep it.
- Stop texts anytime by replying STOP.

Keeping it safe
Our forms send your information over an encrypted connection. We limit who on our team can see it. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you give us.
Children
This site is for adults booking lawn care or running a lawn care business. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Read our terms too, or head back to the home page.
