What Happens If My Crew Misses the Window?

Under the On-Time Guarantee, if your crew misses your scheduled window, that cut is free. You don't pay for it, and you don't have to argue. Text us and we sort it out with your crew.

What counts as your window

When you book, you and your crew set your day and a time window. That's the promise. If they show up outside it, or not at all, the guarantee kicks in.

Who pays for the free cut

Your crew does. It's written into every partner agreement. A missed window is their miss, so they cover it. That gives crews a real reason to plan their routes and show up on time.

What doesn't count as a miss

Weather. Mowing a soaked lawn tears the grass and ruts the soil. If rain lands on your day, your crew waits for the next dry one and you get a text about it. That's a rain delay, not a miss. Read more on rain delays.
